    Orders placed before 3 PM BST (Monday to Thursday) will be processed the same day.

  • Royal Mail Special Delivery – Guaranteed by 1 PM (Saturday Delivery)
    Orders placed before 3 PM BST on Friday will be processed the same day.
    Important: Saturday Special Delivery is available by request only—please contact us before placing your order.


Additional Information

  • Order Deadline: Orders placed before 8 AM BST (Monday–Saturday) will be dispatched the same day.
    Orders placed after 8 AM, or on Sundays and bank holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

  • Delivery times may vary during peak periods or public holidays.

Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, please follow the instructions below to return your item. Due to the delicate nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges.


How to Return an Item

To request a return or exchange, please email us at sales@karunyasarees.co.uk immediately upon receiving your order. Your email must include the following:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return or exchange


⏰ Time-Sensitive Deadlines – Please Read Carefully:

Return/Exchange Request Window

All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days from the delivery date.
⚠️ The day of delivery counts as Day 1.

Example:

  • If your order is delivered on April 1st,

  • Your request must be sent by April 3rd, 11:59 PM (UK time).

  • Any request made on or after April 4th will be automatically rejected.

Return Shipping Deadline

Once your return request is approved, the item must be shipped back to us within 5 calendar days from the original delivery date (not from the approval date).
⚠️ Again, Day 1 is the delivery date.

Example:

  • If delivered on April 1st,

  • The return parcel must be shipped no later than April 5th.

  • Items dispatched on or after April 6th will not be accepted, even if the request was submitted on time.


✅ Important Reminders:

  • Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service and keeping proof of postage.

  • Late requests or returns will not be processed, and we will not be responsible for items returned outside the allowed timeframes.

  • Returns should be sent to the address provided by us via email (not our office address).


Return Shipping:

  • You may need to pay for return shipping if the return is due to ordering the wrong product, wrong size, or if you're not satisfied with the product.

  • For exchanges (except for cases where we sent the wrong product, a damaged product, or the wrong size), you must pay for two-way shipping.

  • You are responsible for any loss or damage during the return shipping process.


Non-Refundable/Exchangeable Items:

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Pre-ordered products

  • Sale items

  • Custom orders, including fabric cut or stitched to specific sizes

  • Items returned not in their original condition may incur up to a 30% restocking fee

  • Items that are altered, damaged, marked, worn, or missing parts


Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • It may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.


Account Deactivation:

  • If we notice unusual return activity, such as frequent returns after usage, we may deactivate your account.

  • Contact Customer Care if you believe this decision is a mistake.


International Returns:

  • Returns from outside the UK will be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • The buyer is also responsible for return postage.


Undelivered Parcels:

  • If a parcel is undelivered and returned to us, you will need to pay a £3.50 shipping fee for reshipping.


Shipping and Stitching Charges:

  • These are non-refundable.


Return Policy for Orders with Free UK Delivery:

  1. Free UK Delivery Orders Above £40:

    • If you place an order above £40 and receive free delivery, the free shipping offer is valid only if the final retained value of your order remains above £40 after returns.

    • If the retained value falls below £40 after a return, the original shipping cost (based on the actual shipping charges for your location) will be deducted from your refund. This is not limited to the amount we charged for any shipping service.

  2. Reasons for Returns:

    • If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., you don’t like the product, ordered the wrong size, colour issue, not satisfied, etc.), the shipping cost will not be waived.

  3. Transparency in Refunds:

    • During the refund process, we will clearly mention the deducted shipping cost and the reason for the adjustment to ensure complete transparency.


We Reserve the Right to Reject Returns:

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy or fall outside the return period.
