UK Delivery Options

• UK Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery within 2-3 working days, Monday to Saturday.
• UK Express Delivery: Estimated delivery within 1-2 working days, Monday to Saturday.
• Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1 pm (Monday - Friday): For this option, orders placed before 3 PM BST (Monday-Thursday) will be processed the same day.
• Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1 pm (Saturday Delivery): For this option, orders placed before 3 PM BST on Friday will be processed the same day.

International Delivery

• International Tracked: Estimated delivery within 4-7 working days, Monday to Saturday.

Please note, when ordering items shipped from the UK to destinations outside the UK, customs or handling fees may apply. However, if purchasing within the UK, no additional charges will apply except for shipping fees.

Additional Information

• Orders placed before 7 AM BST, Monday through Saturday, will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following day. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your purchase has been shipped, allowing you to track your order.
• Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods. While we aim to dispatch and deliver within the estimated timeframe, please consider that weekends and national holidays (e.g., Bank Holidays) may affect courier services and result in delays.
• Although we strive to dispatch most items on the same day, some products may not be available for immediate dispatch. In these cases, an estimated delivery time will be provided on the product page.
• If there are any delays in dispatching your order, we will notify you via email once your item is ready to ship.
