We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, please follow the instructions below to return your item. Due to the delicate nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges.
How to Return an Item

Contact Us: Please email us at sales@karunyasarees.co.uk as soon as you receive your order. Kindly include your name, order number, and the reason for the return. Return/Exchange Requests must be raised within 3 days from the delivery date; Requests made after this period will be rejected.
- The Returned item must be shipped back within 5 days of receiving it.

Return Conditions:
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, with all tags attached.
- Use Royal Mail postal services and request proof of postage.
- Returns should be sent to the address we provide via email (not our office address).

Return Shipping:
- You may need to pay for return shipping if the return is due to ordering the wrong product, wrong size, or if you're not satisfied with the product.
- For exchanges (except for cases where we sent the wrong product, a damaged product, or the wrong size), you must pay for two-way shipping.

Responsibility: You are responsible for any loss or damage during the return shipping process.
Important Notes

Non-Refundable/Exchangeable Items:
- Pre-ordered products and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Custom orders, including fabric cut or stitched to specific sizes, are non-refundable.
- Items returned not in their original condition may incur up to a 30% restocking fee.
- We cannot accept returns for items that are altered, damaged, marked, worn, or missing parts.

Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item. It may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Account Deactivation: If we notice unusual return activity, such as frequent returns after usage, we may deactivate your account. Contact Customer Care if you believe this decision is a mistake.

International Returns: Returns from outside the UK will be charged import duties and taxes. The buyer is responsible for return postage.

Undelivered Parcels: If a parcel is undelivered and returned to us, you will need to pay a £3.50 shipping fee for reshipping.

Shipping and Stitching Charges: These are non-refundable.
Return Policy for Orders with Free UK Delivery
1. Free UK Delivery Orders Above £40:
• If you place an order above £40 and receive free delivery, the free shipping offer is valid only if the final retained value of your order remains above £40 after returns.
• If the retained value of your order falls below £40 after a return, the original shipping cost (based on the actual shipping charges for your location) will be deducted from your refund. This is not limited to the Amount we charged for any of the mentioned shipping service charge.
2. Reasons for Returns:
• If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., you don’t like the product, ordered the wrong size, colour issue, not satisfied etc.), the shipping cost will not be waived.
3. Transparency in Refunds:
• During the refund process, we will clearly mention the deducted shipping cost and the reason for the adjustment to ensure complete transparency.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions or fall outside the return period.
