📧 How to Request a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, please email sales@karunyasarees.co.uk within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

➡️ Returns requested after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Once approved, you will receive a return address and instructions. Please do not send items to our office address.
⏰ Return & Exchange Deadlines (UK Law)

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

After approval, items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us.

Returns sent after this period may not be accepted.
✅ Important Reminders

Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Any sign of wear, stains, perfume, or handling will make the item ineligible for return.

Use a trackable courier and keep proof of postage.

Returns received in non-sellable condition may incur up to a 30% restocking fee or be refused.

Late or unauthorised returns will not be processed.
🚚 Return Shipping

If returning for personal reasons (e.g. change of mind, wrong size, colour preference, no longer needed), you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

For exchanges (except where we sent the wrong or damaged item), you must pay two-way shipping.

You are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us. We are not liable for lost or damaged items in transit.
⚠️ Non-Refundable / Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Pre-ordered products

Sale or discounted items

Custom orders or stitched/fabric cut to specific sizes

Items without original packaging or tags

Items that are altered, damaged, marked, or worn
💷 Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receiving and inspecting your return.

Funds will be returned to your original payment method (bank processing times may vary).

Shipping, stitching, and service charges are non-refundable.

If your retained order value falls below the £40 free delivery threshold, the actual delivery cost will be deducted from your refund.
🚛 Return Policy for Orders with Free UK Delivery

Free UK delivery applies to orders above £40.

If returns reduce your retained order value below £40, the shipping cost (based on actual delivery rate) will be deducted from your refund.

For personal returns (e.g. dislike, wrong size, colour), shipping costs will not be waived.

All deductions and reasons will be clearly stated in your refund for transparency.
📦 Undelivered Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us as undelivered due to:

Incorrect address

Missed delivery

Customer refusal
➡️ A £3.50 reshipping fee will apply, or the refund will be processed minus all shipping costs.
🌍 International Returns

Buyers outside the UK are responsible for return postage, customs duties, and import taxes.

These charges are non-refundable and must be paid by the customer.
🚫 Account Deactivation for Excessive Returns
If we detect unusual or excessive return activity (e.g. repeated wear-and-return or frequent refunds), we may refuse future orders or deactivate your account.

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that:
